When I can expect to receive delivery of my order?
The Wise Oil Company’s standard delivery is within 5 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday*, excluding public holidays. Faster delivery options are available; however the Wise Oil Company will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
*Saturday deliveries are available from 1st September to 30Th April.
How do I know how much oil you have delivered?
The driver will leave a digital, metered delivery ticket. This will show the date, start & finish times for the delivery, together with the meter readings at the start and finish of the delivery.
What if my tank doesn’t hold the quantity of oil that I have ordered?
Please check your tank before you order, however if your tank cannot hold the full amount, the Wise Oil Company will reduce your bill accordingly and a refund will be applied.
Do you deliver through house?
No, the Wise Oil Company is unable to provide through house deliveries.
Do I need to be present when the delivery is being made?
No, as long as your leave access for the driver, there is no requirement for you to be present.
Is there a cut-off point for next day/express deliveries?
Yes, orders placed before 4pm will be eligible for next day/express delivery.
Can you pay cash to the driver?
The Wise Oil Company is a web based Company that can only accept debit or credit card payments through our secure payment provider. This keeps our costs to a minimum as we can schedule our deliveries without the need for the customer to be present.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before the delivery has been made. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your wish to cancel. An administration fee may be applied. A refund will be made to the card which was used for payment. Please allow time for the refund to show in your bank account.
